Custom Sage Home

We love our new custom home! We couldn’t be happier that we chose to build with Ripplinger and crew.

We were looking to buy or build when we did a tour of Ripplinger’s show homes. We knew they were a top builder, and wanted to see what they had available. We were able to view one of their spec homes that had just begun construction and knew it was the right fit for us. We got to customize the home to exactly what we wanted and make it our “forever” home. We truly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out, and enjoyed the ride along the way.

Working with Mickayla and Ken was a true pleasure. They put our specific needs and wants first and found ways to make the process easy and enjoyable. Mickayla always seemed to put our needs first and provided incredible customer service anytime we reached out. Ken walked us through the process and made what could have been a stressful experience into an easy and enjoyable one. Vance and the team have been so great to work with. Even after possession they have been so attentive to any questions we have had, and continue to provide incredible customer service. Jim and the crew at J&C Cabinets are extremely talented and were able to take our vision and make it more than what we dreamed.

It is so comforting to know that we have such a high quality, high end custom house to come home to. We can’t say enough good things about building with Ripplinger. If you are on the fence about who to build with, don’t look any further – You have found the best in the business!

Thank you to everyone at Ripplinger Homes for our amazing new home.

Pat and I have settled into our new home and just loving every bit of it. This was such an incredible experience and you and your staff made the journey so enjoyable.

This was truly a positive experience, starting with the first informal and relaxed meeting at your office.

Choosing the design and subsequent colours, fixtures, lighting, cabinets, flooring etc. was exciting and done in such an organized fashion that we found you took all the stress out of a new home build.

Beside your great staff, I was most impressed with your vendors. Every one of them was so easy to deal with; from the flooring, windows, granite, plumbing, lighting and paint people, they were always so accommodating.

It is no wonder you have earned the fine reputation that you have. I would not build with anybody else. This was just such a good experience.
Lastly and probably most important, the quality of the home is outstanding. We love the design, and the workmanship is just outstanding.

Thank you Ken and Leanne; thanks to your awesome staff, Geri, and Vance and all the other important parts of your team.

Congratulations for a job well done!

Custom Windsor Home

We bought our first home when we got married, you know the story, nice starter home but will upgrade in five years and move to another house. Well 32 years later we were still in the same place and over time had renovated our entire home.

Throughout the years we enjoyed visiting show homes and got many great ideas for what we wanted to incorporate into our own renovations. About ten years ago we entered a bi-level loft, Ripplinger show home, and that was the beginning of our dream. We absolutely fell in love with the design and were very impressed with the workmanship.

Two years ago we entered another Ripplinger show home and met Jim, one of their sales people. We told him the story of our dream home and made an instant connection with him. He took us through a number of bi-level loft homes in various stages of construction, meeting us evenings and weekends, and all the time being very patient and accommodating as we looked at all our options. He went above and beyond our expectations. Jim also made it very clear that we would be able to customize our home to our own personal preference. The quality of a Ripplinger home really speaks for itself. When we looked at their construction standards it became very apparent that these were things we had upgraded to during our renovations. Once we made the decision to purchase, we met with Ken Ripplinger. He went over their floor plans, identified the available options and most common upgrades and provided us with the associated costs. This assisted us with our decision making and in the end, there were no surprises. Standard construction on a Ripplinger home is of very high quality, and as with all show homes, many upgrades are added so you have to select the features most important to you. Ken’s professionalism and focus on providing excellent customer service was evident in his timely response to our inquiries as we took the journey through the architectural design phase. It was truly a pleasure working with him.

Once construction started, we dealt directly with Vance who is responsible and involved with all aspects of the building process, from digging the foundation to the final hand off of the keys to the homeowner. He has very high standards and this trait was also very apparent in all of the trade’s involved in constructing our home. Their high quality workmanship is very evident and it was obvious to us that the entire Ripplinger team takes pride in their jobs. We bombarded Vance with emails as this was our first building experience. To say we were excited would be an understatement. He was awesome to deal with and has a great sense of humour. He also knew how to push Pat’s buttons and thoroughly enjoyed getting the reactions he did so needless to say, we had a lot of laughs and built a great friendship. We heard so many unpleasant experiences from people who had gone through the building process and were very cautious at the beginning. It was Vance, with his claim, cool demeanour, that made us relax and enjoy the experience. Vance’s quality control is second to none and everyone we brought through the house during the various stages of construction had nothing but positive comments on the workmanship.

Jim McCallum and his team specialize in cabinetry so when they arrive to do their work the house really comes together. As mentioned above, with all the trades involved in the construction process, Jim’s team is also very customer-focused and ensure their clients are happy with the finished product. Jim is truly a very kind person with an infectious, positive attitude, and did I mention, a superb sense of humour so again, we believe we made a friend for life. He was an absolute delight to work with and has the uncanny ability to remember everything you discuss without writing anything down. We did a lot of research by looking through home design magazines so had a picture in our minds of what we wanted. Jim made those dreams come true; he is the ultimate customer service specialist. He is not happy if you are not happy and his quality and workmanship are second to none. Needless to say the cabinets throughout the house are all spectacular and done just the way we asked for.

As promised, the house was completed on time. We have been in our Ripplinger home for five months now and have had nothing but positive compliments from our visitors. Our dream has come true, the house is fantastic and we know it only takes a phone call to Ken, Vance or Jim if we have any questions. Thanks to the entire Ripplinger team, from the construction crew, electricians, finishing crews and stucco team, you made us feel like part of your family during the building process. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the friendships we made with all of you and highly recommend anyone thinking of building a new home to seriously consider Ken Ripplinger and his team. They are number one in our books.

An awesome experience!

I have no doubt that Ripplinger homes is the top builder in Regina, says Debra Ulrich. We love to tour show homes on weekends, and over time it became apparent when we were in a Ripplinger house. There was something about them, even without the sign out front. The craftsmanship, the quality, and the kitchens were always well above the other builders in the area.

From the hardwood floors to the granite that was used throughout, you could just tell. When it came time for my husband and I to build again, we knew immediately that we would choose Ripplinger Homes.

Everything was handled perfectly. Initially we dealt with Carolyn who sold us the house and walked us though the process. She really understood what was going on, and how all the pieces of the puzzle fit together. Once construction started, Vance became the person who we spoke to most often. He coordinated everything on our house, kept us informed of the schedule, and made sure we moved in on time. Now that the construction is finished and we are living in our home, we sometimes talk to Dean. He handles any of our questions now that we are living in the house, not that there are many of those. Still, it’s nice to know that there is always someone that we can phone if we have any concerns.

We cannot say enough how much we love the house. The hard work and effort that went into it from your entire team is also greatly appreciated. We will tell everybody we know that this was a great experience and that your company was a pleasure to work with.

Thank you again to everyone involved for your patience with us, your pride in your work, and your attention to detail.

Kim and I would like to thank you for the many gifts that you gave to us yesterday. They are lovely and the painting will occupy a prominent place in our new home. It was unexpected but greatly appreciated by both of us.

I would absolutely do this again.

When we started this process we were told that our house would be ready in twelve months from the time that the basement was dug out. They finished the house almost a month early.

Originally we didn’t want to build—just to find a house that was a little bit bigger. But the more houses we toured, the more things we saw about Ripplinger houses and when we found a lot that we liked, we knew it was time.

The whole process was so easy, and everybody was so good at communicating with us. When we had questions, the answers were explained to us, and when we unsure about a choice Ken worked with us to really make sure that we understood our options and to give us his recommendations. There are many things that we were initially hesitant about, but Ken convinced us to do the right thing, and now they are our favourite things about the house. He has a great taste and is a really talented builder.

I know this is a long time coming but I wanted to say thank you. Ken, you and all of your crew were great to work with. Everyone conducted themselves in the most professional manner. Vance was great at guiding me through the entire process, having patience and great ideas along the way. When we have guests over they are all impressed with the great looks and quality of work that was put into our home.

I have heard many horror stories from friends and relatives on their experiences building new homes with other companies. I just have to say—“you should have gone with Ripplinger.” We have had no problems or concerns with the quality of our home. We made it through a long cold winter and 100km/hr winds and not even a nail pop to deal with. People ask if there is anything we would change if we had to do it all over again and we can never come up with one example.

In conclusion we just want to send you a sincere and heartfelt THANK YOU!! Have a great summer!! We will be enjoying our new deck and back yard this summer—and for many more to come
