Prior to building new homes Ken (owner) and Vance (site supervisor) renovated homes from start to finish, bringing character homes back to life. This journey began at Henry Ripplinger’s gallery where Ken and Vance built and renovated what once was a local Chinese grocer into a small boutique and restaurant into what is now known as Henry’s Cafe. This journey encouraged them to perform major renovations on older homes which led to the start of new infill construction which turned into Ripplinger Homes. After building hundreds of homes, we’re coming back to our roots to offer renovation services.
