Throughout the building process, we will be in contact with you to assist with the choices and decisions that need to be made during the construction of your new home.
Prior to building your new home we will meet to finalize the floor plan and discuss finishing options. After your home is framed, our site supervisor will arrange to meet with you on site to go over the electrical and cabinet layout. We will provide you with consultation from an interior designer and let you know in advance when colour and design selections need to be made. Our team is made up of excellent employees, suppliers and sub trades who work hard to ensure that your house is built to the best standard. We strongly recommend our suppliers and sub trades as they have provided our customers with many years of excellent craftsmanship and customer service.
All homes built by Ripplinger Homes are enrolled in the Saskatchewan New Home Warranty Program Inc. Ripplinger Homes has received the annual Service Award from the SNHW every year since we became a member of the program. This award acknowledges “that Ripplinger Homes has maintained a high standard of workmanship and materials on new homes enrolled in the Saskatchewan New Home Warranty Program; has provided excellent warranty service, and has met the criteria to receive this award.”
To assist you in building your dream home, you can choose from our selection of floor plans, or our designers can work with you to tailor it to meet your specific needs and style. We also have plans for in-fill houses which fit on a 25’ lot, or larger homes for acreages and double lots. Please contact us for a personal consultation.
